REHABILITATION GROUPS
Our Readaptation Groups are designed for those who need to take care of their health through exercise, in a safe, personalised way, supervised by a physiotherapist.
It is about small groupsThe physiotherapists are trained in a therapeutic exercise plan that is totally adapted to each person's needs: their injury or pathology, their objectives and their physical characteristics. Although they share space, equipment and the attention of the physiotherapist, each training is individualised.
Who is it aimed at?
-
Patients who have already undergone physiotherapy treatment in the clinic with us and need to continue their recovery through therapeutic exercise.
-
People who have not been previously treated in our clinic but require a functional readaptation process and will be previously assessed by our team.
-
People with previous musculoskeletal, respiratory, cardiovascular or any other type of pathology who want to take up physical activity with the security of being guided by a health professional.
-
People who want to improve their sporting performance.
Our aim is to help you to regaining functionality, preventing relapses and gaining confidence in your body through movement. All in a safe, professional and friendly environment.
